Jeff’s Bio
Jeff Lucas is the most recent addition to our service department. He joined Irrigation Tech in 2005. Jeff is unique in that he came on board knowing that he was being groomed for service because of his service background. He worked with the installation crew only 6 weeks before he was in his own service truck handling service calls. Jeff had 7 years in the green industry working for Davey Tree and Lawn and One step Lawn care prior to joining our team. Jeff graduated from Bryant and Stratton in 2008.
Jeff married Carol Lynn in 2005. They just had their first child Danny, that’s why Jeff looks a bit tired as of late. Who also shares the same funny birthday as Jeff, April fool’s day. They also recently bought their first house in Brockport and are enjoying all of the fun that goes along with homeownership. In addition to working here at Irrigation Tech Jeff also volunteers helping restore old computers that are refurbished then given to families that can’t afford them otherwise.
Outside of work Jeff is a huge Animal fanatic. He currently has two full blown reef aquariums in his home. He is also a member of three local saltwater fish clubs. The upstate reef society (responsible for the tank in the Seneca park zoo), the Ocean Connection, and the Finger Lakes reef club. He also loves his three dogs. Lucky a 7 year old Boston terrier, Ozzy a 2 year old Boston terrier, and Daisy a 5 year old black lab. Finally is his long time friend of 12 years Yankee she is an umbrella cockatoo.
